Professor of Corporate Management and Dean of the PhD School of Bocconi University. He is Editor of the European Management Review and serves on the Editorial Board of Academy of Management Review, Global Strategy Journal, Industrial and Corporate Change, Research Policy, and Strategic Management Journal.
