Born April 30th, 1975. Degree in Law from the Università di Genova. Lawyer.

Academic CV

Associate Professor of Comparative Public Law since 2006. Previously he was a Researcher of Comparative Public Law at Università Bocconi and research grantee in Constitutional Law at the Università di Genova. PhD in Tecniche legislative, Università di Genova. In 2000, he led the S. Tosi seminar on parliamentary studies. Director of "Il Ricostituente" (www.ilricostituente.it) since 2010. Member of the Observatory on Healthcare and Social Policies of the Università LUISS di Roma since 2001. Member of the scientific committee of the journal Quaderni Regionali and of the editorial board of the journal Diritto pubblico comparato ed europeo.
