Born January 3rd, 1971. Degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi. PhD in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi. Visiting scholar at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburg (PA).

Delegate Rector for learning and teaching Innovation.

Associate professor of organization behaviour @ Bocconi University. Creator of methodologies for technology based learning as well as simulations and business games. Board member of Academy of Management Learning & Education, Journal of Management Education and Journal of Management Inquiry. Former director of the SDA Bocconi School of Management learning lab. Papers published in Research Policy, Academy of Management Learning & Education, Journal of Product Innovation Management and others. Lectures on technology mediated communication, organization behaviour, distance learning and organizational change through information technology. 


Research areas

Internet startup companies. Technology impacts on individuals, groups and organizations. Technology mediated learning.
