Associate Professor for Public and Health Care Management at the Department for Social and Political Sciences at Bocconi University. Director of the Italian Observatory on the Health Care System (OASI) at CERGAS (Centre for Research on Health and Social Care Management at Bocconi) and Senior faculty member of the SDA Bocconi School of management (Public Management and Policy Department). Co-chair in the study group for Public Strategies at EGPA (European Group for Public Administrations).
