Born in 1959, PhD in 1991, Full Professor since 2002, Dean and Pro Rector from 2006 to 2010. All at Bocconi University in Milan.
Consultant – and member of the Board – of some of the most important family businesses in Europe.

I am engaged in a new research to understand the continuity of some of the most important European family-owned companies.
In 2020, based on a survey of 2,000 family businesses worldwide, I have been included by Family Capital -the most widespread global family business platform- among the 100 most influential people on family businesses, the only Italian academic.
