Assistant Professor
Department of Decision Sciences
Biographical note
I am an Assistant Professor in the department of Decision Sciences at Bocconi University. Before that I was a postdoctoral fellow of the Pacific Institute of Mathematical Sciences at the University of British Columbia, in Canada under the guidance of Young-Heon Kim, Brendan Pass, Geoffrey Schiebinger and Dave Schneider. I completed my PhD in mathematics between 2016 and 2019 under the supervision of Filippo Santambrogio at Université Paris-Sud, in Orsay. My research interests lie in optimal transport and the geometry of the Wasserstein space, convex analysis, optimization, and Bayesian statistics.
Research interests
Mathematical analysis, with interests for the following topics: Calculus of variations, Optimal transport, Convex optimization.
