MARIO NOTARI

Born in Milan, June 23rd, 1964. Degree in Law from “Università degli Studi”, Milan. I am Full Professor of Company and Business Law at Università Bocconi (since 2012). I've been Full Professor at Università di Brescia (from 2001 to 2012), Associate Professor at Università di Brescia (from 1998 to 2001), researcher with tenure at Università Bocconi (from 1994 to 1998) and Phd in Commercial Law at Università Bocconi (5th Course, 1990-1994). I've been Director of Phd programme in Commercial Law at Università di Brescia (from 2008 to 2012) and Director of Ph.D Program's in Legal Studies (from 2016 to 2020).

Member of the editorial board of the journal “Contratto e impresa” (since 2013). Academic member of “European Corporate Governance Institute – ECGI” (since 2011). Founder and Member of the editorial board of the journal “Osservatorio del diritto civile e commerciale” (since 2011). Member of the editorial and scientific board of the journal “Strumenti finanziari e fiscalità” (since 2010). Member of the editorial committee of the journal “Rivista del diritto commerciale” (since 2009). Member of the editorial committee of the journal“Rivista di diritto privato” (since 2004). Member of the editorial board of the journal "Rivista dei dottori commercialisti" (since 2003). Member of the editorial committee of the journal "Rivista delle società" (since 1990).
